We have set this page up to assist you with purchasing products from Bents 'N' Dents.  Any question that you may have should be answered here.  If for some reason, we missed your question, please do not hesitate to E-mail us.  We will respond promptly.

Retail Customers:

Is my personal information provided to any 3rd parties?

No.  At Bents 'N' Dents, we observe your right to privacy and therefore do not give, sell, rent, or in any way distribute, your personal information (including addresses, e-mail addresses and credit card information) to any 3rd parties.  For more information on your privacy, see our Privacy Policy.

Is your site  a Secure Shopping site?

Yes, Shoals Commercial Culinary Center  is a secure shopping site.  Once you begin the "check-out" process you are relaying information in a secure environment.  Your order's information, including name, address and credit card information, is digitally encrypted by our digital certificate from Thawte and stored on our server until your order is processed.  No information, other than your order confirmation, is sent via E-mail.

When you utilize our secure connection, your browser should display a "closed lock" image at the bottom.  This indicates that you are on a secure socket layer and any information transmitted is done so securely.   If your browser does not display the closed lock image, you should consider upgrading your browser to the latest version.

My order was blank.   Why did that happen?

If your order is blank at any point during the check-out process, this usually means that you do not have your browser set to accept "cookies".  Cookies are "pieces of information" that your browser stores and which are used by Web sites in various ways.  Like most other stores on the Internet today, Bents 'N' Dents  uses cookies to hold information about your order.  These cookies are deleted once you complete the check-out process.

By default, most browsers are set to accept cookies unless you specifically disable the feature.   If you do not wish to enable cookies, or do not know how to, please do not hesitate to E-mail us.  We will respond promptly.

How much are shipping costs?

At the time you place your order, our system will login to the UPS database and calculate shipping costs based on weight, zone, etc.  You will have the option to select a variety of shipping options from regular ground service to Next Day Air

How soon after I place my order will it ship?

Generally, we will ship your order within 48 hours of receipt, assuming that all items are in stock and ready to be shipped.

 

Wholesale Customers:

 

In order to become a wholesale vendor of Bents 'N' Dents, you must fill out the application and provide us with a valid business license or a Tax Identification Number.

Terms:  All orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.

Product Pricing:  In the product list we show how much each individual item costs and how many is in each box.  All products must be brought by box.  For example, if the price is $1.70 each and there is 12 pieces in a box then the total price is $20.40.   ($1.70 x 12 = $20.40).  All products are sold on a first come first serve basis. 

Minimum Order:  To keep our inventory correct we require you to purchase full cases only.  We also require that your total order be at least $250.00.  We will include the shipping charge in your total order.

Shipping:  Your product(s) will be shipped to you the cheapest way we can find depending on the purchase.  We can ship UPS and Trucking.  For the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee there is a $50.00 charge on each pallet shipped.  We will include the shipping charge in your total order.  For anyone else we will find the cheapest rate possible.  If you have any questions about freight rates or if you need more information please call or fax us your questions at Phone:  256-757-2928 or 1-888-898-BENT(2368),  Fax:  256-757-9147.

Return Policy:  Goods cannot be returned without approval from us.  All discrepancies must be reported within 10 days.  Goods remain property of Bents "N" Dents until your order is paid. 

Payment Methods:  We except VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and money orders.

Typographical Errors on Site:  Bents 'N' Dents is not responsible for any typographical errors contained in this site.
